Unpick a guarded route by combining your outlaws’ talents

Desperados III:Wooden bridges over a river
Wooden bridges over a river1 / 8

In a guarded area, deciding who should move and which talents to combine becomes the pleasure. A coordinated plan clicks, opening a route that previously seemed blocked.

What makes it fun

  1. Make the takedowns click

Line up your crew’s moves in Showdown Mode, then trigger them together. Taking down guards who cover each other makes the planning pay off.

  2. Pick apart the guard net

Study the overlapping sight cones and patrols, then decide which guard to lure away or take down. As their coverage breaks, a route that looked sealed opens up.

  3. Pair a knife with a long-range pistol

Cooper can handle a nearby guard with his knife, while McCoy’s long-range pistol can reach one farther away. Choosing a target for each character can reveal a way through a difficult guard setup.
