DEADBOLT: a thoughtful approach, a decisive entrance

DEADBOLT

Stop and think before making a decisive entrance. DEADBOLT makes planning where to enter and whom to deal with first part of the pleasure. Reviews enjoy devising an approach rather than relying only on fast shooting.

What makes it fun

  1. Plan your entry before the shooting starts

The Reaper dies when shot. Study enemy positions, then choose where to enter and whom to target first. The plan starts before you step inside.

  2. Slip through vents or fight your way in

Use vents and pipes to reach isolated enemies, or rely on your guns and gear in a loud assault. Your route can support either approach.

  3. Find a safer route through each retry

A shot can end the Reaper's attempt. Retrying lets you learn enemy behavior and the building's routes, then refine a plan that keeps you out of danger. Pulling it off feels earned.
